Let me take you back to your third-grade science class for a moment. Butterflies have four stages of metamorphosis: Starting as an egg, transitioning into a caterpillar, then a chrysalis, and lastly blossoming into a beautiful butterfly. You can think of the last key driver as Transforming your Products and Services in a similar manner.
Do not limit your products and services to the chrysalis stage; give them the nourishment necessary to earn their unique wings. In this new video, probably the most comedic of my series, I give examples of transformed products and services, even directly from our TRINUS office, that highlight the bridge to your Digital Transformation.
