    Blog / Canada-Wide Microsoft Teams Outage (UPDATED) On March 15, 2021, we (and thousands of other businesses) experienced issues with our phone system (based on Microsoft Teams). There was a Canada-wide outage for Teams and we were unable to receive calls. At approximately 4:15PM, we were able to restore use of our phone systems.
